I work with documents that are 10 pgs long and have form fields or click here
blocks throughout the document to insert repeat forms like...Company Name or
a Person's name.  How do I set up my form fields so that when I insert the
company name in the first click here block, it copies the company name
throughout the document.  Please reply back asap.

If you use formfields (from the forms toolbar) and protect the document, set
the properties on the source fields to "calculate on exit." See
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm for how to use REF fields for
this.

If you are using click-here blocks (macrobutton fields) you can't easily get
automatic updating but you can update. See the link above.

For more about online (protected) forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
