Using OLE automation for Word & access 2002, from access I am opening a
datasource for merging into a word document. Would like the user to be able
to set the following attributes for that document at run time :

       wdDoNotSAveChanges to true or false
if true prompt for file name

any suggestions & codesample on how to achieve this would ge greatly
appreciated

When you are done with the document, pop up a MsgBox asking the user if he
wants to save the document, if not, close without saving, if so, display the
Save As dialog.

This is really very simple. If you can handle OLE automation for Word &
Access 2002 from Access you can handle this easily.
In the Word VIBE, look up Dialogs and MsgBox in the online help. Or, just
type Dialogs in the code pane, select it and hit F1.
