Using OLE automation for Word & access 2002, from access I am opening a datasource for merging into a word document. If you can handle OLE automation for Word & Access 2002 from Access you can handle this easily. In the Word VIBE, look up Dialogs and MsgBox in the online help. Or, just type Dialogs in the code pane, select it and hit F1.
