I need to autonumber several cells in a table.
I'm sure I can use field codes to help customize this:
the number should look like this "EAP.01.001"
EAP. - first three letters are subjective (I'll type those in)
01. - second set of numbers need to reflect the number of the Numbered
Heading 001 - third set is just autonumber with an additional 0 in front.

I have surfed the discussion group for an answer and I have gleemed pieces
and parts but since I don't totally understand field code jargon, I can't
seem to make sense of it.

I appreciate your help!

By Jove I think I've got it.

This is how I've accomplished it:
Typed EAP.
Insert/Field/StyleRef/Style Name/Checked box Insert paragraph # in relative
context/OK
Typed .00
Insert/Field/AUTONUMLGL \e

Whew!
