I am using Word 2003.  I have a letter with merge fields and Excel is the
data source.  The data source includes products by locations.
Is there a way to merge data for a specific product but save the data as
different files when the location changes.  Currently, I am running the
merge separately for each location.

If yes, please provide detail because I don't have a clue how to achieve
this result any other way.

TIA

You should be able to record a macro of yourself choosing each location and
saving the file...
