must the vba be integrated in the document, or is it possible to integrate

Hi Heiner,

doesn't matter.

Have you tried to follow the instructions at:

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/AppClassEvents.htm

I always forget how it works in detail and this site always helps me.

Greetings from Bavaria, Germany
