PAGE needs to be within field brackets, if you're talking about creating a
field to display this. Ctrl+F9 to insert a pair of field brackets.

Set the sections to NOT use "Same as Previous" for the headers and footers.
Then create the Landscape header/footer in a table or frame, rotated 90 / 270
degrees. Save it as an AutoText entry so that you can insert it quickly and
easily. Note that you'll want to insert the page number directly into the
header/footer (NOT use the Insert/Page Number command to do so).
