MS word tables to Access

Can you update a MS word table (which is attached to a database) through
word? I know I can update the database and have the word table updated.

No, there's no way built into Word to reverse this process. It would mean
literally walking through each cell in the table and changing the
equivalent record in Access (using DAO or ADO).
