Word should allow users to have headers and footers on a single page only.

Currently operating Office Pro 2003, Word 2003 (11.5604.5606)

Word has allowed this for as long as I can remember....going back to Word 6

headers and footers are defined for a section.
assure that the section has only 1 page and you can do what you wish.
