Am looking for a way to create sections in word document controlled by
command button/test that will hide section if on response/show section if
other response.  I can accomplish this in Lotus Notes.  is there a similar
method available in Word.
Thanks
Pat

I would like to do something along these lines.  But the text I want to
hide/show would consist of multiple lines within which there would be several
dropdown form fields.  Would you advise that I use this approach for such a
block of text?

I've tried putting form fields into the conditional text in the example at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Toggle_Data_Display.htm.  The form fields just
disappear:  it does not work.
