I want symply to put something like a hyperlink or button or .... to go to

Because headers seems 'locked' i think macros, buttons, hyperlinks also are

You don't really supply enough information. To start with, the version of Word
involved?

You say the headers/footers are locked. Does this mean some kind of document
protection has been applied? Which kind? Take a look at the MacroButton field
in Word's Help files, as well as the short article on creating a hyperlink in
a protected form in the Forms section of my website.
