I have a master document with * in certain places. I search for these * and
prompt the user for which file they want to insert. Some of these inserts
also contain *, so the cursor need to be positioned at the beginning of the
inserted file to be effiecient. Currently this is done in word perfect 5.1.
We are trying to convert the process to word. How do I position the cursor?

It sounds to me like you need to put a * at the END of each inserted
document, too. That way, after insert, you can search upwards for the *.
