control state of form check box dependent on others

How can I group say 4 check boxes and control their state depending on which
one is checked.
I would like to use this to control what is copied to another place in a
document.

Hi,
Are you using a userforms or using it within the document? Just one other
thing is can the user select more than one option or just one?
