Hi

I’ve just started a new business and I recently downloaded some invoice
templates from the MS website.  I need to invoice different companies and I’m
trying to set up a field in the documents that basically changes the invoice
number every time I open a new document with external referencing so that
this facility works through each different invoice that I issue.  Can anybody
suggest a way of doing this?
Thanks in advance

Mick

You could also try  the MVP site, specifically at this URL and  which
I found useful:
