I'd like to use a checkbox control on a Word doc such that when it is
checked, an image appears, and when unchecked, the image disappears. The
image should be embedded in the document (not a separate file).
Ideally, the checkbox itself would also be rendered invisible (e.g., set the
line color and content color to white - paper color) when checked.

I'm sorry. I don't know what you mean. Tried searching in discussion groups
for Excel, get no results. How can I get to this Re: Enlarging the 'check
box' message? b.t.w., I assume although you're directing me to an Excel
topic, the content will be applicable to Word also?

I "solved" this by deciding to use a macro button (double click some text to
insert the image in the desired location). It didn't need to be a checkbox.
