I want to find the registry setting to enable/disable the autosave feature in
word and set the time to recover time to 10 minutes.

I have already did this in excel by using the following settings:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Excel\Options

AutoRecoverEnabled     REG_DWORD     0x00000001 (1)
AutoRecoverTime         REG_DWORD     0x0000000a (10)

I tried doing the same in Word, however it does not work.  I am unable to
find the registry setting to enable/disable autorecovery on word.

Thanks

Why muck around with a registry key when there is an exposed property for
this:

   Options.SaveInterval = 10 '= 10 minutes

or,

   Options.SaveInterval = 0

to turn the feature off.

Salut!
