Hi all,

I would like to maximize Task Pane (or ActionsPane) when Word is
opened. Or any way to control the size of the Task Pane
programmatically? Many thanks!

I don't know what you mean by "maximizing" the Task Pane. You'll
find an article on vba control of task panes, by Steve Hudson, at
word.mvps.org. If you mean "make it wider", then

Application.CommandBars("Task Pane").Width = 300
