MS Office Forum / Word / Programming / August 2005msvcr70.dll error in Word 2002
I starting getting the following error in Word 2002. "Winword.exe unable to locate MSVCR70.dll" I did a clean uninstall & reinstall x2, did not fix. I tried the detect & repair in Word, did not find or fix. I looked on MS site, can only locate info on where the file should be, not the file to download. Since softeware is OEM w/Dell, Dell say that its not their problem, contact MS - MS says, contact Dell its OEM - not their problem. LOL Anyone had this problem or any suggestions? Software is Word 2002, SP3 part of Office XP - all files are up 2 date. Sry, posted to wrong group. I don't know how to remove.
