I am a rookie at this so be patient.
I am creating a form on a web page in word 2000.
I am wanting to save the information in a Access database
so that I can report off of the data.

I can create the form and the data base.
How do I get the data from the form to the database?

thanks in advance for any help that is out there

Ted,
What you desire do requires server side implementation.
The Access groups below will provide the insight you desire. These groups
however are not for the timid and become quite technical.

microsoft.public.access.dataaccess
     microsoft.public.access.externaldata

       microsoft.public.access.forms
          microsoft.public.access.formscoding
                 microsoft.public.access.formsprogramming
                 microsoft.public.access.gettingstarted
           microsoft.public.access.importexportlink
             microsoft.public.access.internet
