Saving a word doc, from browser

I have a link to a word document .doc, on a web page, when
it opens it it appears INSIDE the browser, how do I save
it to a folder as a word document, there is no option.

Using the browser save, trys to save the frame its in???

Right click the link instead of opening it.  Choose Save
Target As and save the file to your directory.
