First, I used to be able to do what I now want to do and
feel I changed a setting somewhere but don't know which
setting. I NEED HELP!

When I copy a small Summary chart from a web page and
then paste it into Word, I now get the word "HYPERLINK"
followed by four lines of letters and numbers instead of
just the words for the account;

i.e.: (WO 1246 Bill's IRA) turns into four lines of
letters and numbers.

I hope I am explaining this correctly! I NEED HELP!

Hi William,

See if using Alt+F9 to toggle from field code display
to results display in Word helps with this one.
