How do I Get My Webpage on the internet?

I don't know how to set my webpage on the net. Like when
you type in for the other websites. Such as yahoo and
them. I also don't know how to put a link in for another
section of the website. I am new at this kind of thing.

You need to get an ftp programme like "ftp explorer". Once you have
this installed, you will probably need to be connected to the server
that's going to host your website (check first).  The organisation who
will host your site will give you the ftp address for your webpage,
which you will enter into ftp explorer along with your username and
password.  Once connected, ftpe will transfer your files. Baddabing!
