Thx for the reply Bob. When I say point to point I mean a
link that takes a customer to a specific area of their
investment account rather than the default page - which in
our case is a balances screen. In other words the customer
logs into their account and when asked for a SS# and PIN
it takes them to a specific area of their account other
than the balances screen. In WORD 2002 that link is broken
and it takes the customer to the "balances" screen. In
other versions of WORD, or if I copy and past the Point to
Point in the browser or even put the link in Outlook it
works find. Make sense?

Hi Deke,
Hmmm, what versions of Word was it working where it's not working in Word 2002? Do you have a sample of the hyperlink you're using
(use Alt+F9 to toggle to field code display in Word).
Are these webpages created in Word? If so, what version(s)?
