Is it possible to copy auto text from one workstation to
another?  If so how is it done?

See the article ?What do Templates and Add-ins store?? at:

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/WhatTemplatesStore.htm

You can copy autotext entries from one template to another by selecting
Macro from the Tools menu, then Macros and then click on the Organizer
button in the Macros dialog and then click on the Auto Text tab.  If you
want to copy them from the Normal.Dot template on one machine, it will
probably be better to make a copy of that template, rename it, then open it
on the other machines and copy the entries as above, rather that just using
the normal.dot template to replace that already on the other machines as
that would cause the users of those machines to loose any autotext entries
and possibly other things that they have created.
