I created a small report in Word and uploaded to my ftp
area using "Save as Web Page".  The images don't show.

The image files are there and in the right folder as far
as I can tell.

What am I missing here?

The report is at

Mex1.htm

Hey Fred,
The path for each of those image is set to the page itself:
http://home.earthlink.net/~ccoonswp/Tripreports/MexALS2004/Mex1.htm

The first image points to a an FTP rather than an HTTP (see below)
ftp://ftp-www.earthlink.net/webdocs/Tripreports/MexALS2004/Mex1_files/image001.jpg

You might try changing it with a text editor to read:
http://www.earthlink.net/webdocs/Tripreports/MexALS2004/Mex1_files/image001.jpg

If that works you can proceed with the others as well.
An alternative to absolute paths are relative paths. You do however need to
make sure your local drive file/folder structure are the duplicate of your
server structure. In the image (preceding paragraph) it would be:
Mex1_files/image001.jpg

Somebody else will need to help you with the solution to why Word is causing
this. Word web pages aren't my cup of tea.

Took me a bit of playing around to find the working path to your images.
Thanks Earthlink ;;-))

Well, that worked.   Thanks.

BUT, if anyone reading this can tell me how to make Word
2000 use the correct addresses for images I'd sure
appreciate it.
