Word XP - 2000

I have a user who created a web word doc in xp using some
frames... she emailed it to her sef here at work .. we use
2000 ... only the left hand frame opens not the 2 frames
middle and right get a page can not be displayed... is
this an XP- 2000 thing or the way / location the files are
saved... ? any sugggstions ?

David,
          She likely only emailed one of the frame files. You'll need at
least three, perhaps four files to view the entire frameset. Images are
additional.

Another option is to go to her website and save the frames individually by
the following:
1)Right click on each frame
2) select Properties
3) Copy and past that URL into your browser
4) open that new (frame) page individually
5) save files
6) return to initial frameset
7) repeat 1 through six for additional frames.
