Hi John,

You'll find information in the Word help file on
web page layout & creation and through
 http://office.microsoft.com/assistance

For public websites, where your focus is not
on being able to have someone reopen the webpage
in Word as the complete original .DOC file you
can use File=>Save As WebPage-Filtered format.

Browsers do not support all of the layout techniques
Word does, so you will not necessarily see an exact
match to a Print Layout screen in Word.  What differences
are you seeing and do you a URL for the page?
Have you checked the settings in
Tools=>Options=>General=>[Web Options] to
have a wider  browser compatability?
