Subject: With office 2003 any way to create a html file?

I don't have 2003.
In Office 2000 there is a setting for either a htm or html are the default.
In addition, when saving the file you should be able to manually add the
"mypage.html" which do the same.
Another alternative is to open the page with NotePad and SAVE AS:
"mypage.html" using the quotes for the process.
And yet another method is to just rename the extension once you have
uploaded the file with you ftp program or through your hosts web access.
Hi Joseph,
To add to the previous reply, the method for Word 2003
would be to put the full name of the web page you created
in quotes (as was shown in the prior reply).
For example "index.html"
