Can I recover a Word XP document after saving it as a web page? Hi Carolyn, If you have used File=>Save As Web Page in Word 2002 you can open the file and use File=>Save As and choose Word document and the original content should be available. I have read the help section over and over on Creating a Web Page in Word XP. It evidentially does not help me as I have now lost my Word XP document.
