Well, I sure am.
If you're reading via Google groups, I suggest you report such to
them, and in your report, please suggest they implement some kind of
spam-masking function. My own suggestion would be they hide the spam
as soon as they get a credible complaint--shoot the spam first, and
ask questions afterwards. (If it turns out the complainer is not
credible, remember it and don't give him shoot-first privileges after
that... Obviously, no anonymous unregistered complaints accepted.)
