When entering 6 pounds 12 ounces this shows as a lower value than 6 pounds 3
ounces.  How do I make the 12 a higher value than the 3?

When I try to name my series more than one cell, this isnt possible. I
is very practical to see more than one value in the legend of
series.
Maybe this is possible in another way?

I'm using Excel 2002.  I need to know how to create a chart based on numbers
from multiple sheets in one workbook.

I'm creating a column graph which columns I need to represent a certain
value. In other words, the column should be representative of its inputs,
both in terms of width and height. For example, one column's width should be
representative of 150,000 and its height should be ...

This has happened several times and every time I have to rebuild the charts
from scratch because the columns become almost invisible.

Could someone please help me out with my XY (Scatter) Chart?  I've use
the wizard (want to get it right then make a macro) and chosen the dat
points connected by a smoothed line type.  
Using the data below with the Perc on the Y axis and the Dates acros

I am charting data on a line chart that is negative. The x axis catagories
are displayed below the zero line, but not below that last line of data.
How do i move the catagories below the last line of data.
I have used the offset but it only allows up to 1000. This isnt enough.

I  am using Custom Type Charts in Excel, which uses Pivot Table as the Data
Source.
The problem that I am facing here is that whenever I Refresh the data using
the Refresh icon, the Custom Type charts LOOSE their formatting.

I checked out Jon Peltier's great example/tutorial on conditional
chart formatting. I would like to conditionally format data points of
a scatter plot but the difficult thing about it is that the min-max
conditions are variable.

Yeah i have looked at his examples, but could not quite find the righ

I need something like that, but then with only 2 stacked bars (f.i

I have a external database to link MS Access Query.
I can run the query from Excel, but I need pass the start date and end date
to the query.

I'm trying to create a graph in excel.
There are three columns in excel.
First one is the case label.
Second and third are values for separate trials.

whenever I chart 2 columns (as a line graph,say), Excel shows a category
graph, with 2 lines. I want the 1st col as X & 2nd as Y.... what settings do
I have wrong?
