When I create a pivot bar chart there are preset default colours. I can change the colours but when I refresh the data the colours change back to the original ones. How do I keep the same colours?

I'm trying to create an x y scatter chart with 2 Y axis. I follow the instructions on the web site, but I don't get the option in the format pull-down. I'm beginning to think Excel 2000 doesn't support the 2 Y axis option. Am I nuts?

When I copy an Excel chart and paste it into a Word doc, the red (negative) numbers print black. How can I get them to stay red and print red as they originally were in the Excel chart? Thanks in advance.
