Does anyone know how to change legend keys in bar graph to rectangular (like
in column graph) instead of the default square key?

I am plotting hourly values for a year.  I need to have all the data series
represented as thin black lines, but EXCEL prefers a huge range of colors and
dashed lines along with solid lines.  How can I force it to show all the data

I am trying to change the color of a Series Collection using visual basic.  I
have tried things like "Chart(1).SeriesCollection(2).Points.Interior.Color =

I have four data series that I would like to display as three bars and one
line.    Excel automatically divides them between two bars and two lines.
In fact, I am trying to convert a "stacked column" chart (all four data
series on one bar) into a stacked column of three data ...

I want to make a graph with multiple bubbles- different descriptions in each
one. the values are not important- the data is subjective, I want to move the
bubbles around at will. also I want to put gradient color in the background
green to yellow to red

I have the following data set:
                 2001         2002
Sales Product A    45    55
Sales Product B    102    123

Is there a possibility to show only every second column of the sheet in the
chart - without hiding the columns in the sheet?

I have data presented in groups of 12, eg. if i have 36 data points, they are
currently in 3 rows, each roll containing 12 points. I want to plot a graph
of all 36 points. How can i tell excel that after grabbing the 12 cells in 1
row, it should automatically go to the next roll ...

I have a program that logs vehicle data, such as speed, rpm, and various
sensor data, and saves it to a comma delimited file.
I would like to use this data to create various charts but have never done
graphs or charting in excel and am having trouble creating some.

I tried to use the Organization Chart and it tell's me that Excel can't open
the application. That the feature is not currently installed. I tried to
install and it gives me an error message that the feature is on an
unavailable network, try \\Anchor-bdc2\backup\office2000\DATA1 ...

When using logarithmic scaling for charts the scaling interval is given in
powers of 10 (1, 10, 100, 1000 etc). I want to be able to change the scaling
interval to show data at a smaller log. interval (e.g. between 100 and 200).
