is it possible to place a watermark on an excel chart? i have managed to "fudge it" with a jpeg in the plot area, but i would prefer a better way, if there is one.

I have a chart that refers to a certain range (for the sake of arguement, let's say "A1:C5") for its source data. I now want to insert more data. Say before row 2. So I do a row insert, then add my data. So now the range the chart SHOULD look at is A1:C6. But

I have several columns with data. In one column I do not have data for every row. In the line charts, those "zero" values are plotted and connected with the previous data point. Instead I would rather have a broken line.

I have charts with several series and the legend shows all series. Is there a way to delete one or more series only from the legend, but still have the data for those series still show on the chart?

The ends of my y-axis labels are always cut off when I am making a graph in either Excel or PowerPoint. I usually add an extra period at the end of my label just to get the entire label I want to appear, but often it results in half of the extra period being displayed also, ...

The title box cannot be sized. I must reduce the font to very small to prevent truncating the title. I would have thought I could drag the box to the size I wanted but I do not get the chance to do so.
