Hello, All!
While ruminating on missing (IMHO) features in Excel, it
occurred to me to wonder if anyone has written a history of

Can I automate an excel worksheet such that if ,say, "436" is written in a
certain cell it shades that row yellow, or if "437" is in that cell it
shades the row blue. It would then be easy to visually tell in an excel
chart which lines belonged to ,say, specific companies.

There must be some command which tells a new chart to randomize colors and
symbols- this can look junky.  I would llike to find a way to change all
symbols simultaneouly to various shapes until I find what makes the chart
most read-able.

I want to shade the area between 2 line plots i.e maximum curve and minimum
curve. Everything in between the two lines is valid. thus the area needs to
be shaded to create an envelop effect.

1.  Go to Chart Menu
2.  Insert "add trendline"

I want to plot a chart but only show data labels for the values which are
greater than zero.  I cannot find a way to remove the zero values and have a
chart which has a large amount of worthless data labels.  How can
automatically remove them?
