I know there must be a simple way to do this.. I'm just not all that good at

I'm using an xy scatter chart, to do grain size analysis, what I need  to
know is how do I find out the value in between data points, for example I
would like to know the value of where my data series line crosses at 60% what
is my x value.

How do I plot another line on the same graph?

I'm trying to create a "floating bar" chart that has the "# of Techs" as my
catagory axis, months as my value axis. The chart displays the # of techs
required to perform the job in each month (1 year). However, my months are
all 31 days in my chart so my data gets a little skewed ...

The vertical axis title is being trimmed  by two letters in all of my charts
(all microsoft office porducts).  This trimming isn't dependent on the amount
of text in the axis title.  Any suggestions?

additionally showing the movement in two values over time.  Say Incom
and Growth (on the  X and Y axis).  Additionally I want to show th
direction of the movment that indicates its vector over the two point

I am having trouble with the scaling of my X axis (catagory axis) for a
column chart that I have created. It is a series of numbers from 0 to 55. I
need the graph to have a linear scale at the bottom and the columns to be
distributed accordingly. Any suggestions? Thanks
