I am using pivot charts to make lots of mini charts from a large set of data. Every time I add to the data and refresh the charts they lose their formatting and I have to go through and reformat everything! I have to change the colours and the font size, it’s driving me crazy.

The secondary axis in my chart is dollar value. It is showing in thousands, which is what I want, but the data labels I would like it to show 177 only, for example, instead of 177,883. It would be understood that the labels are in thousands. Is this possible? Connie

I am a schoolteacher and grade pupils on levels which have lettered bands within, such as 6a, 6b, 6c etc. Is there a way to plot these on an excel chart without meassigning them values, such as 68, 65, 62 etc?????

Hi, pretty self explanatory, and probably a quick fix. Basically my data in my chart varies between -5 and -15 on the y axis. As a result the X axis labels appear at the top of the chart, and not the traditional way at the bottom. I would like them to be at the bottom,

I know how to manually change the scale on a value axis, but is there a way to have the autoscale function automatically maximize the data in the chart? This is for a dynamic chart that can change when certain selection items are chosen from drop-down menus.

I am interested in presenting 4 different data series as two stacked columns (i.e. each column stack comprises two data series) side by side for each x-value on the one chart. Excel is only allowing me to make one stacked column comprising all 4 data series.
