I need to create a chart with 3types of data. 2 of which need to appear in a stack column format the other needs to appear in horizontal line format. I am able to do this using normal columns but my client is wanting the stack column format. Is there a way to do this?

Here is an easy one, I guess, for those who know the answer: Charts on a worksheet are named Chart1, Chart2, etc. as they ar created, and this is the name you must refer to when manupulating the in VBA.

if you change a dataseries chart type e.g to line from bar within a pivot chart, it reverts back to it’s original setting when the chart is refreshed !! Surely this cannot be right? tried in Office 2000,2002,2003 & 2007beta
