Is there any way to customise the weight of the gridlines in charts? I know that there are the four standard weights using format gridlines, but I was wanting a different weight that wasn't available through this way. Is there a solution using VBA (or otherwise)?

Can anyone tell me how to create an xy scatter graph, so I can have the date on the x axis the time on the y axis (hourly between 0600 and 2200) and the different data displayed. I can not get it to work. The data is displayed, but the axis information is wrong, date and time.

How can I create a line chart that shows actuals and upper and lower limits? For example, tracking a persons Triglyceride. The range is (low) 30 and (High) 149 and actuals are 146, 122, 139, 125, 116, 99, 99, 112.

I'm baffled by this, has anyone else seen anything like it? I had a mixed set of time series of congressional elections, with vertical markers and horizontal lines thrown in, two curves, two sets of vertical lines, and one horizontal line, all as a pure scatter chart
