When I create a pie of pie chart, it creates one primary chart and one secondary chart. Is there a way to create multiple secondary charts if I want to call out two slices of the original pie? Thanks.

I am using office 2007, in older versions you could fill the bars of your charts with 2 colored lines and other things. I can not find this as an options in 2007 is it still available and I am missing it or is it gone?
