Using Excel 2007, evertyime I refresh pivot table data, my charts lose almost all of the formatting (ex. axis will disappear and chart type will revert from lines to columns). Most annoying problem I have when this happens is the primary Y axis moves

Using Excel 2007. Is it possible to change the appearance of a line in a chart for values in the future (like projections)? I would like to go from solid to dashed and keep the same color and weight.

I was wondering if Excel will allow a series name to be dynamic? For example, ="30-Day Target, (" + sheetname!cell + ")" where sheetname!.cell value is a date to yield a Series Name = 30-Day Target, (mm.dd.yyyy)

I'm creating a chart which has a nonzero starting point for both axes and need to insert the appropriate hash-mark which indicates that the axis does not start at zero. I'm unable to find this option in excel. Any help or suggestions would truly be appreciated. Thanks!
