EXCEL 97 - Application error when trying to add sheet.21 Jul 2003 08:05 GMT1
System : DELL GX150 with 256Mb RAM
OS: Windows NT Workstation with service pack 6.0
APPLICATION : EXCEL 97
Problem:

We keep getting this error message when we try to open
excel - The program will not open- any ideas???

Everytime I open an excel file I get the follwing warning
message:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Kelly\Application
data\Microsoft\AddIns\PPCWPBI.xla. Could not be found" I

   On attempting to start EXCEL I receive the following
message:                                                
EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in
module EXCEL.EXE at 0177:3003dc7d.

Every time i try to start Excel it gives an error, i've
try to re-intall and the problem was not solved, I'm using
W2K and if i log in with a different user everything is
working, this is the error on the log:

We have installed Excel-97 on new XP Pro unit, running as
a client to NT small business server.  When logging on to
the local machine, Excel works fine, but when logging onto
the Server, Excel works but crashes if you open the

Excel freezes when making formatting changes to  large
spreadsheets.  Uninstalling and reinstalling software did
not resolve the issue.  This is really a major problem
since many of my spreadsheet are very large and filled

My mother's iMac running Office X somehow no longer shows
the "File" menu while running Excel.  It is there in other
Office applications and in the Finder.  The OS was upgraded
to 10.2 and it did not help.

When i try and open Excel 2000, it hangs, and then only
after using ctrl-alt-del i am able to restart my machine.
The message when i do ctrl-alt-del is "the system is
dangerously low in resources". I have tried increasing my

I am using Excel 2000 and when opening my document either
from the shortcut or directly from Excel I receive the

Hello...
Got this computer under windows 98 using Office 2000
Standard, that doesn't want to start excel... When I try
to launch it, the excel splash window comes up to screen

Excel will not launch at all.  I have tried uninstalling
and reinstalling.  When I do try to launch it a get an
error you resources are dangerously low.  Or It just
freezes my computer completely.  Ctrl-alt-Delete will not
