I was working in Excel on a file of size 2.34 Mb approx. and suddenly while saving it gave an error message and it came out of excel. Now the file cannot be opened. I would be highly obliged

I am trying to create a validation list by using a group of cells from a different worksheet. When I go to select that group of cells, it does not allow me to toggle over to that worksheet. No protection is on the document.

When I try to open a folder in excel, or even the excel program itself, all my files in that folder open one after the other and can't be halted unless I open the task manager.

I keep getting the following message and our techs have reformatted, changed my profile and who knows what else. My problem is that it keeps happening. the message I get is:

When I start and close Excel2000, this message come up. "Unable to locate file menu. Instant access not removed." When I close the window excel works fine. But it´s irritating. What can be done??

When I try to open excel it just freezes. All other office programs work. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no go. I cannot even end task. I need to shut down. Window 98 Help Please

The shared file is renamed daily with the days date (29 July 03.xls). It seems to randomly disappear and then a non-xls file appears with a name, (such as 6CE4E000). Type of file is simply "file".
