Transfert Excel 97 linked cell values under 200206 Oct 2003 19:51 GMT2
We just migrate to Excel 2002 and we are having a hard
time getting back the values in the cells of linked
workbook. When we open those workbook (created in 97 read
in 2002) it ask if we want to update the links but no

Hi, all.
We have one PC for which one file will cause Excel to
display an "illegal operation" error and close.
Other PCs can use this file.

I have developed a model in Excel 97 that contains a
number of macros (including an Auto_Open macro) and a
number of array formulae.  For some users, the Model
crashes on opening.  This problem can be solved by uisng

Oops and al of a sudden excel97 was gone.
The only thing I could find was the above mentioned
~dfefb.tmp with the right time and size. So I think it is
my file. Does anyone know how to recover this file?

I am one of the regular users of MS Excel
I had run into a problem, when I was working on only one
XL file, i tried to hide the file by

How can I open my file?  The file I have created has
somehow turned into too big a file and now when I try to
open it, it keeps crashing my Excel program.  HOW CAN I

Have a workbook that refreshes data on open.  I've just
loaded Excel 2003 and each time I open the file it gives
me the Query Refresh warning about importing external
data into excel.  It gives me the two buttons for "Enable

When I try to open a small excel file (307 kb)with some
links to other files and with graphs I get the following
message.

When I use XP pro to connect to A Windows 2000 server via
mapped drives I get an error.  The error is when I open

Several of my users are suffering from an issue whereby:
- They are sent a spreadsheet as an attachment
- They try to open said spreadsheet, and Excel throws and
