When ever I try to open excel, I get this message
"system resources critially low", and my computer locks

We are experiencing a problem with one user who can't close Excel with the X button.  She has to use the File, Exit.  Her workstation is Running Windows Xp and Office XP.  Has anyone else experience this?  Has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this?

Ctrl-H should bring up search and replace but Excel GPFs instead.  Any know

We are using Windows 2000 and Excel 2002.  A user was
working in an Excel file.  She is not sure what she
clicked on, but the file disappeared.  When she tries to
open it, it opens the Excel program, but does not open any
