I get an error when opening an excel file.  The error
states: "The numbering add-in must be loaded for optimal
numbering and toolbar behavior. Please load this add-in
into your Library directory."  Just where do I find this

WHEN I GO TO THE TOOLS MENU AND GO TO OPTIONS I
GET "EXCEL.EXE HAS GENERATED ERRORS AND WILL BE CLOSED BY
WINDOWS".  WORKBOOK THEN CLOSES.  EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO
BE NORMAL.

I have a problem with a .xls file. It opens but it

It is only one file that it does this on, and the file
