Big trouble over here!! I am running Excel 2000 and when I go to open a file,

I have a program that crashes every time I try to "save-as". I can save it,
but not save-as.
What happened and is there anything I can do?

When I doubleclick on an Excel spreadsheet on my desktop or in explorer,
Excel starts but the file does not open.  Even if I create a new file and
save it to the desktop then doubleclick it, the same thing happens.
