I need to delete a VBA Macro, but when I try and access it from the Project Explorer I get Project Locked Dialog Box with the above message. How do I begin (step by step) to proceed. I may have a password to use if needed.

When updating data files, the error "No more new fonts may be applied in this worksheet". In some instances I have to click OK several dozen times and then it'll let me change the data. In other cases, it will never allow it. Any thoughts?
