Hi all,
Recently I noticed my Excel program has been getting these error messages.
I'm using win 2000 pro with MS office 2000 SR1. When I tried to open Excel
program I always get this message. Title: "Microsot Forms" and the message

Before I upgraded to Excel 2003, I used to take financial expense and
subtotal by cost department and then a secondary subtotal by account.  So I
