Having an issue with the disabled macros security.  It seems that the disable
macros are affecting any worksheets that are opened after disabling instead
of popping up the window that asks Enable or Disable with each file opened.

I am running W2K Pro SP 4 with Office 2000 SP 3 with all the latest patches
