i can't open my excel 97 applicatio. i get the error message "mso9.dll not

I'm a compute novice when it comes to installing components. So you'll need
to spell each step out.  When I open Excel it asks me for "Microsoft Office
2000 Premium," for that "Data.msi" file. The other Office programs oen up
